A meal card (Sooner OneCard) is non-transferable. The student is the only person who
may use their meal card. If someone else uses the card, without the card holder present, the meal card
will be confiscated and the student will have to pay $10.00 to have their card returned. Backpacks are not allowed in the dining halls or convenience store
areas. Storage cubicles are provided for your convenience, however
