Burger King and the Sooner Malt Shop are located on the first floor of Adams Center. Adams Center layout is a little more unique than Walker or Couch. Adams Center is broken into four separate towers, Johnson, McCasland, Muldrow, and Tarman, all united by a common ground floor.
Also located on the first floor of Adams Center is the Housing Learning Center, which offers free academic tutoring in the following subjects:
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Algebra
- Pre-Calculus
- Calculus 1 & 2
- Analytical Geometry 1-4
- Virtually any class if given advance notice
All rooms within Adams Center come equipped with the following amenities (in a double occupancy room):
- two movable twin beds
- two movable dressers
- two movable desks
- two desk chairs
- two movable wardrobes
- two movable pedestals
- free expanded basic cable TV service
- wireless Internet connection
- 24-hour quiet study lounge located on first floor of Adams Center in Johnson
- all furniture within the residence hall rooms is completely moveable
