Living in either the residence halls or one of
OU's apartment communities, you experience comfort, style and
convenience!
Each year that you remain in one of OU's living options,
you are a part of the Loyalty Program. By deciding to remain in
University housing, you have made a commitment to us, and we are
extending our gratitude to you by offering monthly rate discounts for
students who live on campus for multiple years. You will also be
invited to special upperclassmen events and receive other perks
throughout your stay in campus housing.
Family discounts for families with multiple students living
in our residence halls and/or OU Traditions Square at the same time are
