Exclusive upperclass communities with 24-hour visitation privileges
Super Suites, which are a double-sized residence hall rooms that can be configured for up to three residents
Special Interest Communities like the Academic Arts Community, Scholastic, Quiet Lifestyles and International floors
Loyalty Program, which enables students to receive a discount on their monthly room rate each addition year you live with us in the residence halls or lock in your monthly room rate at OU Traditions Square

The Loyalty Program is designed to reward students who remain in university housing from academic year to year. As long as you are loyal to us, we will be loyal to you by offering discounted monthly room rates, special after hours events and free prizes.
