Summer Conferencing |

During the summer, H&F Conference Services has an increased
capacity to host more organizations and people. National groups and
organizations from across the country choose OU to hold their meetings
and events. The campus is an excellent place to host your large
organization. Your groups will be able to stay in a centralized, safe
and secure environment on campus. All meals can be handled on site and
groups will have the opportunity to all eat together. Transportation
should not be a concern because all events and meals can be held in
close proximity within campus. During the summer H&F Conference
Services' accommodates groups exceeding 1,000 members. Of course,
capacity is limited by availability. Many organizations choose to hold
their annual meeting or summit at OU every year after their first
experience.
