• Academic Arts Community - located in David. L Boren Hall, in conjunction with the OU Honor's College.
• Global Community - located in Couch Center, this floor offers a community kitchen.
• National Merit - located in Walker Center, for National Merit Finalists and their roommates.
• Open Through Break - located in Couch Center.
• Scholastic - a floor located in Adams Center,  Couch Center, and Walker Center.
• Quiet Lifestyle - a floor in Couch and a floor in Adams Center that observe 24-hr quiet hours.
