For all of our housing communities, you must first complete a housing application. An application can be downloaded from here.

The Housing and Food Services office (1406 Asp Ave) is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Students may choose from OU Residence Halls, OU Traditions Square Apartments or Kraettli Apartments.

A $30 non-refundable application fee is required, and once you are admitted to the University, you will be able to schedule an appointment to sign your housing contract, depending on current availability. If you have any questions about your application, please call a housing specialist at (888)416-9524. Once we have received and processed you housing application, you may then complete your housing contract or lease.

Completing the housing application and contract or lease as soon as possible maximizes chances of you being assigned to your preferred housing location.
