Complete a few simple steps to be a part of a wonderful community!

For all of our residence halls and OU Traditions Square apartments, you must first complete a housing application, available online by clicking here.

The Housing and Food Services office (1406 Asp Ave) is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Communities on campus are comprised of students from far and wide seeking degrees in multiple areas of interest. Upperclass and graduate students may elect to stay in OU Residence Halls, OU Traditions Square Apartments or Kraettli Apartments.

A $30 non-refundable application fee is required to process the application, and once you are admitted to the University, you will be able to complete a contract for your preferred housing selection. If you have any questions about your application or contract, please call a housing specialist at (888)416-9524.

For those students wishing to live in OU Traditions Square or the residence halls, you will receive a link to your contract at your OU e-mail address once your application has been processed and you have been admitted to OU. If you prefer to live in Kraettli Apartments, you must complete your lease in the Housing and Food Services office in Walker Center in person.

Completing the housing application and contract or lease as soon as possible maximizes chances of you being assigned to your preferred housing location.
