Welcome to OU and to Housing and Food Services. 

I'd like to introduce myself; I'm Dave Annis the Executive Director of Food Services and the "editor" of this little newsletter.

Kitchen Comments is printed weekly (or as weekly as I can make it) and is intended to be both a feedback forum for our customers and a way for us to tell you about our foods and services as well as upcoming events.  Each week you will find menus from Cate and Couch, as well as announcements and of course your comments

There are a number of ways you can get your comments to me.  Each of our operations will have a comment box and cards available for you to write your comments.  You can also visit our website at housing.ou.edu and send in an anonymous comment through our comment link there.  You can also e-mail me directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . 

Finally if you need to talk to me directly my office number is 325-6851.  I'm not always in, but do a pretty good job of returning calls.

Please remember that if you want me to answer your email you must email me directly and not go through the web site. The e-mails I get from the web are anonymous and I cannot respond to you no matter how much I'd like to.

It is my hope that you will find the food and services here at the University of Oklahoma to your liking, our folks work very hard to prepare and serve what I think is some of the finest food available on a college campus.  I challenge you to keep us on our toes.  Let me and the managers know when your food or service is not what you expect.
